The curriculum comprises a mix of online core and elective modules. The core modules are structured around four pillars of contemporary HR leadership and talent strategy. Following this, you will have the opportunity to explore strategies for an increasingly digital workplace with a choice of electives.
Over the duration of the programme, you will apply key concepts from each module to complete practical exercises that will form the basis for the development of an HR playbook for your organisation. You can take advantage of faculty live sessions, webinars and the Slack channel to ask questions and ideate with your peers and success coach. Upon completion, you will be required to present your action plan to your cohort. The action plan will be a useful asset when proposing new HR initiatives to the board of directors in your organisation.
