    Action plan

    Over the duration of the programme, you will apply key concepts from each module to complete practical exercises that will form the basis for the development of an HR playbook for your organisation. You can take advantage of faculty live sessions, webinars and the Slack channel to ask questions and ideate with your peers and success coach. Upon completion, you will be required to present your action plan to your cohort. The action plan will be a useful asset when proposing new HR initiatives to the board of directors in your organisation.

    Jochem Kroezen

    Faculty Director for the Chief Human Resources Officer Programme; Associate Professor in International Business, Cambridge Judge Business School

    Jochem Kroezen is interested in the bidirectional relationship between organisations. His main research interest focuses on processes of institutional change. Currently, he is examining the revival of craft in organisational society, dynamics of business collective action and mechanisms underlying socio-economic inequality. Professor Kroezen has been teaching executive education programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School since 2014. He has won multiple awards for his teaching as well as recognition for the best international paper. His work has appeared in several publications including Administrative Science Quarterly.

    • The Chief Human Resources Officer Programme has been designed with your busy schedule in mind. You will be required to commit not more than three to five hours per week, enabling you to benefit from this transformative program while balancing your work responsibilities. The impactful program offers a blend of self-paced modules and live interaction.

    • The eight- to ten-month learning journey includes live and asynchronous online sessions with renowned faculty, industry experts and global peers. You can take advantage of weekly live sessions and the Slack channel to ask questions and discuss ideas with your success coach and cohort participants. Real-world examples and a debrief of the program learnings are delivered through a combination of recorded video and live online lectures.

    • The programme fee covers teaching fee, all academic material and access to online coursework. The fee does not include accommodation for the face-to-face event, travel expenses (domestic, international, visa fees and more) and other expenses not specifically mentioned in the fee.

    • You can pay the full programme fees upfront or pay in easy instalments. If you apply well in advance of the programme start date, you can receive a tuition fee benefit.
