This requires progressive Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) who can rethink traditional HR models and shape company culture.

The Chief Human Resources Officer Programme from Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) Executive Education will equip you with thought-provoking perspectives on current HR trends and dynamics and help you build a future-ready people operations and HR strategy.
