Curriculum

The core modules will equip you to transform your organisation’s strategic position, competitiveness and sustainability through technology leadership. Following this, two topical elective modules of up to six weeks each will allow you to deepen your knowledge in select aspects of innovation and technology.

  • The core modules provide a broad foundation in the key parameters of technology leadership, from strategic planning to influencing company culture. You will develop essential technical and interpersonal skills to foster high-performance teams, delve into disruptive technologies and learn how to make data-driven decisions.

Professor Christoph Loch’s research interests include how organisations make innovation happen. This includes innovation in products, processes and practices. His research focuses on what happens on the ground rather than just strategising at an aggregate level. His scholarship is interdisciplinary and stretches from project management and processes (operations) to strategic portfolios and strategy deployment (strategy) to organisational structures and cultural habits (sociology) to the motivation of educated and autonomous personnel (psychology).
