The core modules will equip you to transform your organisation’s strategic position, competitiveness and sustainability through technology leadership. Following this, two topical elective modules of up to six weeks each will allow you to deepen your knowledge in select aspects of innovation and technology.
The core modules provide a broad foundation in the key parameters of technology leadership, from strategic planning to influencing company culture. You will develop essential technical and interpersonal skills to foster high-performance teams, delve into disruptive technologies and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
