Immerse yourself in the Cambridge ecosystem by joining us in person. During the in-person modules, you will have the chance to engage in meaningful discussions with programme faculty and industry experts, extracting invaluable knowledge and perspectives from their long-running cutting-edge research and years of experience. You will also have the opportunity to network with global peers, participate in group exercises and develop a strategic action plan for your own business. This immersive experience will broaden your understanding of current trends and emerging opportunities in a family-owned business, empower your strategic thinking and enhance your leadership skills.

Curriculum

The curriculum will equip you with essential skills and insights to lead your family business towards sustained success. It comprises three comprehensive modules in a combination of in-person interaction and learning, online sessions and hands-on activities addressing key aspects of family business leadership and management.

Programme calendar

Experience a comprehensive learning journey with two immersive in-person modules and one online module. The highly interactive in-person sessions will be held at the Cambridge campus in the UK over a period of five days each. You will get the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions on the family business landscape while networking with your global peers and immersing yourself in the rich Cambridge ecosystem. The online module will offer you convenient learning through a mix of video lectures, discussions and assignments.

The Cambridge Family Business Leadership Programme is designed for senior members of owner-managed family businesses and non-family senior executives. While individuals are welcome, attending as a team of two or more from the same family enterprise is encouraged for shared learning. Ideal participants include:
