Individualised Personal Development (IPPD) sessions

Individualised Personal Development (IPPD) sessions

The Individualised Personal and Professional Development (IPPD) Sessions will give you a range of opportunities to understand yourself better as you look at your behaviour from multiple perspectives and use them, along with the other content from the programme, to make significant and sustainable progress on your development plan — for which you are responsible. It involves a combination of class work, small group work, coaching and individual reflection space to maximise your personal learning and development.

How does it work?

  • Combination of class work, small group work, coaching and individual reflection space to maximise your personal learning and development.

  • Pre-work that will enable you to start to think about who you are and how you “show up” in your professional role.

  • Small group and live sessions that will provide opportunities to look at yourself and your impact on others during the programme.

  • A 360° instrument that gives you the opportunity to get feedback on both you and your impact from those at your regular place of work.

  • Personality framework tool to help you understand the difference between behaviour and preference.

  • Individual coaching over the duration of the programme to make a significant difference in your leadership.
