    Individualised Personal Development (IPPD) sessions

    The Individualised Personal and Professional Development (IPPD) Sessions will give you a range of opportunities to understand yourself better as you look at your behaviour from multiple perspectives and use them, along with the other content from the programme, to make significant and sustainable progress on your development plan — for which you are responsible. It involves a combination of class work, small group work, coaching and individual reflection space to maximise your personal learning and development.

    Kishore Sengupta, PhD

    Academic Programme Director; Professor of Operations Management, Cambridge Judge Business School

    Kishore Sengupta is an expert in operations and technology management and has served as advisor on several projects with the US Government Department of Defence and NASA. He has previously worked at the AT&T Network Software Center (now Lucent Technologies) and Ernst & Young and has also consulted with organisations in Silicon Valley and Hong Kong. His published research regularly appears in esteemed journals in information technology and management.

    This five-month programme journey features two in-class immersion modules and two online modules.     • The Cambridge Senior Management Programme has been designed with your busy schedule in mind. You will be required to commit not more than four to six hours per week, enabling you to benefit from this transformational programme while fulfilling your day-to-day work responsibilities. Please note the programme also includes two week-long in-person modules in Cambridge, UK.

    • The Cambridge Senior Management Programme is a seven-month blended learning journey with two week-long immersion modules on the Cambridge Judge Business School campus and two nine-week online modules in between. The curriculum covers themes of strategy, digital disruption, business analytics and organisational transformation. Executive coaching is also offered as a part of the programme.

    • The tuition fee covers teaching fees, all programme materials and access to online coursework. The fee does not include accommodation for the in-person modules, travel expenses (domestic, international, visa fees and more), and other expenses not specifically mentioned in the programme fee.

    • You can pay the full programme fee upfront or pay in easy instalments. If you apply well in advance of the programme start date, you can receive a tuition fee benefit. If you would like to approach your company with a sponsorship request for this programme, here is a customisable template that you can use.
